Memorial Gardens ISO - Shutter Speeds

 We took some photos with different ISO settings, we realised that when having a higher ISO setting it let in more light as if we were to have a lower setting it seemed more dim and was not letting a great deal of light into the photo.

We are targeting families looking for a nice day out with their children enjoying the railway.

Week 1

We will be concentrating on the history of the railway and researching what we are about to be filming.

- Bring up example designs of the leaflet that we are going to create.

- Use our research to figure out the way we will be recording and editing the film.

Week 2

Choose the equipment we will be bringing to the Blue Bell Railway and decide some example shots ready for when we arrive.

- Create a risk assessment sheet for when we get to the railway.

- Join ideas with Sammi to get a final design sketch for the leaflet.

I used the background erasing tool as well as the colour range tool to delete any other unwanted colours.

Film Poster

Film poster analysis

The slogan is posted across the top of the poster to catch the audience's eye. I do not like this type of poster because its quite dramatic and the use of desaturation on some of the picture makes me feel that it has been done by an amateur.

I like this poster because of the use of futuristic colours and dark shadowing, they also name a lot of the main characters which is helpful for people that want to know who is in the film without needing to research it.
